Genuine parts are brand new and carry a 12-month guarantee. A good aftermarket screen costs a lot less and is usually indistinguishable in day-to-day use, but some are built using reconditioned components rather than being brand new, so aftermarket screens carry 3 months. We’ll tell you which we’d fit ourselves and why, then you decide — and we’ll always tell you which you are getting before we start.

If your phone is still inside the manufacturer’s warranty, come and talk to us first — sometimes going back to them is the better move and we’ll say so.
